am writing to follow up on a packet sent to you on May 18th. As you may recall, Altom Advanced Energy is a tiny entity thathas developed a breakthrough fuel cell with 14 times the energy density, one tenth the cost, and exponentially longer lifespan than other existing fuel cells. For the first time, performance and pricing metrics vastly outstrip batteries. Vehicles powered by this fuel cell will have a power plant that will dramatically increase power and range while dropping cost and weight to close to half. I would like to discuss the ramifications of this new technology.
