I am emailing you today because of your dispute dept. , months ago my wife brought online a computer from staples and it never came or sign for by anyone in my household , I dispute this item 5 times already and ask for staples to show proof of a sign receipt from the shipper that it was delivered to my household and the only thing I get back is a bill from staples through your dispute dept for $489.99 , Your dispute dept either is not listing to my request for a sign receipt or dont care or wants to bother asking for it from staples , im not paying for something my household didn't get ,would you ?
