Good Afternoon,

Yesterday I contacted customer service asking questions regarding my account and I also spoke to a Supervisor. Several hours later I received a text message and an email stating I sent money to someone I have never heard of. I called AMEX IMMEDIATELY TO DISPUTE IT. I also filed a police report. I am being told I have to wait up to 10 business days. I have not had anything happened like this until I gave the customer service person my information, this is a lot of money and no one is giving me any answers!
