Hi Stephen, I'm email you because as a single mother who is trying her best to stay a float. I wake up to see that American Express as reported a 30 day late on my credit, which has dropped my credit score 51 points. I was on a payment plan and removed without being informed. I never missed a payment when I was on that payment plan. But I would just hate to think that during a pandemic a company would be so insensitive. I've still made payments since being removed off of the plan. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion from your company.
