@AmericanExpress – Kenneth Chenault – I have just received a Cash Magnate Card and would like to transfer a First

Michael A Galante sent a message to Kenneth Chenault that said:

I have just received a Cash Magnate Card and would like to transfer a First Tech Federal Credit Union balance to it. However, A.E. doesn't recognize First Tech Credit Card Number as a United States credit card number and First Tech will not provide any other. So, I have a brand new credit card with a great 0% transfer offer which I cannot use, because both parties will not confer on my behalf! At this point I'm ready to cancel all my A.E. cards and/or ask for outside assistance (Channel 4 Consumer Advocacy).
This is certainly not the level of Customer Service I expect from American Express!
