I have been a member of AMEX since 1985. I have an unethical vendor who shipped me the wrong items. Now, will not issue a credit unless I ship them back at my expense. I ordered 2 sparrow resistant blue bird houses and they shipped 4 standard bird houses. they are really heavy and will be expensive to ship. Amex credited my account as a dispute and then re-applied the charges. when I contacted them, they credited my account again. Amex has done the right thing, but I know this vendor will persist and continue to bully me. Amex has all the email trail on this. I am hoping that you can help me ensure that I am not charged for this and that you will keep an eye on this vendor for future incidents. I told them that I am a retired school teacher in covid isolation and that they are causing me extreme stress, but they don't seem to care. Amount is $187.36. Vendor is BestNest, Inc.
