MICHAEL DUBIN sent a message to James Cracchiolo that said:
My auto policy AX03001795 is not being renewed effective April 30, 2020 due to excessive accidents.
The letter that I received cancelling this policy stated that there were 5 accidents over a 5 year period with only one being chargeable!
I have the feeling that this is not the real reason for this action and that instead the sale of your company precipitated at risk policy's in order to insure comfortable future profits?
In addition I have had homeowners and an umbrella policies with you as well.
Please review this issue and let me know if there is anything that can be done to continue our long relationship.
