Just an idea for the train that runs along the beach in San Clemente and Dana Point. Why not another "Transbay Tube" which is under water rail. it would be for thought of the ever impending raising tides. Transbay tube that is running from San Fransisco to Oakland under the Bay is aprox. 6 miles in length. Think this is very similar in length that runs the coast in South Orange County. All the best!
