Antoinette Grewal sent a message to Joseph Boardman that said:
Dear Mr. Flynn,
I plan on taking a Los Angeles/Washington, DC round trip Amtrak trip in the next few months. I am requesting your direct intervention to authorize relevant windows to be cracked open for ventilation and minimal use of disinfectants in my ticketed area. Essentially, I an requesting access to public transportation via a reasonable accommodation, requiring no additional cost.
