My husband and I have traveled quite extensively with Amtrak (over the past 23 years) and love it. We are also taking another trip from Anaheim to Virginia on September 24, 2020, and then returning from Buffalo to Anaheim on October 5, 2020.
We would love to experience a bedroom on Amtrak, and I would love to write on my blog about it and take pictures. We have always ridden in Coach, and we even like that, but to be able to experience a bedroom, juts once would be fantastic. We are both 66 years old. We are retired. My husband is a leukemia survivor of 24 years and this would be a highlight for him.
We are currently booked reservation #BD95A1. I know some of the trips is maybe one day travel which we can handle, however the long legs would be where we would love to have a bedroom. Just to experience once in our lifetime. I think the longest legs are from L.a. Union to Chicago Union and then Chicago Union back to L.A. Union.
When we have traveled we have met the nicest people, fellow travelers, and some of the best Amtrak employees, both on the trains and in the Train stations.
I would give a fantastic write up if this could happen.
