Purchased a sleeping cabin,trying to distant myself,during this coronnnavirus,age 65 years
The service i rececived were below the status i expected,
#1 mattress was soiled with stains
#2meals services in white shopping bags,my request on my ticket was server in my cabin
Entrees,poor quality,tried all three,Braised Beef
meat had plenty of greasy grist meal
Chick Marsala,the same,unacceptable
Shrimp in Lobster Sauce,have allergies ,could not eat
Returning travel was the same,with me pushing the attendant button for 2 hours and never answer
Myself,a senior citzen,paying $1749.80

I did receive a $250.00 voucher ,formatted style,meaning to myself,i was not a appreciated traveler
Mr. William J Flynn,what would you do,if these conditions' ,were presented to your family,(mother)?

The voucher ,I e-mail back,i not sure if i will return to Amtrack
Traveling to see my grandchildren was not a plenty experience and my next adventure will to California,
but i do not believed , I travel ever again.
