I do not like to fly. I used to love the train - no more! I have now been on hold for over 50 minutes!!!! Less than 24 hours before our train was due to leave once again we were told it was changed. Last time we drove to the 2nd train stop this time itâs not possible to do so. I called all week to check on this VERY thing no one ever answers or returns my call. I used to love the train - no more. I am now on hold over 60 minutes just to get my damn money back !!! Unacceptable!!!!
