Sir, I deeply respect your time and position with the greatest game system manufacture ever, but my son Aaron Cassidy, cooldeath270, cooldeath270@gamail.com has been waiting for a longer than usual period of time for his console to be returned, un repaired I might add.
Yes, I did not keep the receipt, ( stupid, very stupid), but that fact remains true. I can\'t afford the 168.00 dollar repair so I was told October 16,2015 that the console was on its return trip to our house. I have phoned , chatted and patiently waited with the return date growing further away on the calendar with every communication. My son is a good 4.0 student at Westerville City schools in Ohio not that tit matters but he is not at fault for the mistreatment he has received from PlayStation customer service.
Could, no, would you please look into the whereabouts of my sons console?
My wife , his mother, (grandma really), was a customer service manager for the American Chemical Society for 35 years and she has encountered your customer service department and found it true that there is no service for the customer on your companies end. Why? Please excuse me if that sounds offensive, I mean no harm. I just want the console back, at this point it doesn\'t matter if your company wants to fix it or not
