I was just contacting because I\'m upset with Sony\'s/Playstation\'s customer service. I\'ve contacted four people from Playstation to try and solve my problem and they haven\'t. I purchase 27,000 stubs this past week and used them on MLB The Show 15. I converted them to training points and used them for my player on Road to the Show. That same day I had to initialize my playstation 4 that I just got last Friday because it was in Japanese. I thought my road to the show will be alright to be saved but apparently after initializing all my files were deleted including the 27,000 stubs I had on my road to the show player which cost me $19.99. I spend a lot of money on games and currently have an Xbox one but been with xbox for 6 years. This issue never happen with them. All I want are my points back no refund so I can use them on my road to the show player. Can you help me I really don\'t want to return my PS4 but I might with how poor customer service I\'ve been getting with you guys. I work in retail and my job as a manager is to go above and beyond for customers. Whether it\'s a wrong price, expired coupon, anything I always honor it because at the end of the day I know that customer will come back to shop at my store. I don\'t think I can stomach buying anything else from Playstation with the excuse "sorry there is nothing we can do." Thank you.
