my name is Hany Edward Khalil i have a son was crazy about PlayStation to the point i said i will let you work in PlayStation 8 years since we enter this country and he is dealing with play station network and he got a lot of games and some other staff .
Suddenly 2 months ago my bank account been hacked by someone who used PlayStation network for more than 8 charges at the same day ,i call PlayStation and try to figure out how they accept the same card to been charged all this in the same day but i think they never understand so i call my bank and they make investigation which reverse my account back.for those two months my son never talk to me because the account been closed .A week ago i try to talk to him and he explained to me that this account been closed has a lots of money nearly 1000$ from games and other staff and that from this 8 charges there is three charges i did it ,so i call customer service for PlayStation and talk with one called Alex he was amazing and after he check everything he said that you just need to get PlayStation network card with a code and pay those charges which is about $ 90.00 so i got it and get the code and call them back and take the codes and they told me in 24 hours the account will be back .for three days i was trying to figure out whats going on but today my son told me that they told him that your account cannot be return due to the policy of the company and thats it .i call them back try to understand if this is a joke or what but the one the i talk with him he said that the account been hacked so we cant return it back to you .i ask for a supervisor because i felt that he will never help me .i talk with a supervisor his name is victor .
i found myself been hacked two times one online who hacked my son\'s account and the second time from your customer service who told me pay the $90 and the account will be back in 24 hours because at the end they don\'t want to help me and i don\'t know if this is customer service for PlayStation Sony or i am dreaming.
i told them if you block my son\'s account because its been hacked that is good but what about the 8 years that my son bought with nearly $1000 it will be gone or you suppose to transfer all the games that he bought according to the history shown before this hacking date .
I need your help as you are the CEO of the company you will never accept that all my money that my son used in Sony PlayStation will be thrown like that and you will have a way to return my money or his games and other staff that he bought from you .
