Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is nothing but incompetent. I am out of my Ampyra. I talked with Accredo since a week ago Saturday. Wife talked with them this morning. We are using cobra at present, nothing has changed insurance wise, Nothing. My wife was told she has to do all these things, that in my opinion are anthems and its companies responsibility. Why do I pay you to do your work. Be nice one time if you people Anthem and its companies would DO their job, no one is competent enough to do a job correctly. They Anthem and its companies pass along to the customer because Anthem and its companies are too lazy, and incompetent.
This is the fourth time you have refused me medicine. Nobody offered me medication to get by until Anthem figures this out. I and my wife are not doing your job.
