Again for the 4th time you DENIED me my medicine. 6 – Hours because your companies are not smart enough to take care of business. A month this time without medicine. I can’t walk distance to bathroom, I’ve fallen, and my legs had no strength, all due to your complete incompetence. And Anthem DOESN’T CARE!
She got home from work Friday night and spent another 1 ½ on phone with Accredo trying to get my medicine that you refused me.
I will be requesting from my doctor a letter stating problems due to your incompetence. I will sue.

Nobody my wife talked to understands the incompetence by Anthem and its companies.

I was to get my order yesterday. I sat all day. Guess what. NOTHING SHOWED UP, I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL. This is complete incompetence on Anthem and its companies. I received approval thru March 2018. I expect my medicine overnight to me. 3-10-2017
No response from ANYONE concerning why medication didn’t show up Thursday as I was told. I have two days of medicine. Anthem and its companies are liars, incompetent and hypocrites. I have proof to back up every word. Why the department of insurance has done NOTHING is beside me. Nobody will do their JOBS! Time to get legal advice. 3-11-2017
3-12-2017 Still NO medicine or email, phone calls or mail explaining why my medicine did not show up Thursday as it was supposed to as Accredo had told me o phone.
I take this as a refusal to obtain my medicine again. Legal action being investigated.

I ordered my Ampyra, I was told my CoPay is $187 and change before CoPay assistance. Why do ALL my invoices say $500.00?
As of 7-5-2017 I have been out of Ampyra for almost a month, due to Anthems compete incompetence. I have to go through more emails, but this is the fourth time I’ve been refused medicine by Anthem and its companies.
