Greetings! My name is Tasha Upchurch. I have Amerigroup Insurance through the state of MD. I recently had a baby in May.
I am upset about how many times I was contacted while in the hospital and upon release urging me to get my postpartum check up within a certain timeframe with Amerigroup to qualify for a Target giftcard.
I thought it was a great reminder initially, but ut seems as soon as I did complete my visit, I stopped receiving calls. I had even inquired through a customer service and was told I would receive my gift card in the mail.
It has been almost 4 months and I still have not received my gift card. I was really looking forward to it to purchase a bag for my newborn son.
Can you or anyone else assist with this matter?
