My name is Martha Evers and I have sent an appeal to your company, ABCBS, and spent countless hours telephoning and writing the ABCBS claims dept. Initially I was told to do a verbal appeal, then was told the ABCBS rep misguided me and I must do a written appeal. Sent the written appeal and was told it wasn't received, then on another phone call it was received and weeks later that it was not received. Was told to do an urgent appeal by fax which I did with my attorney. Unfortunately, my attorney's wife has Covid-19 and so resent the appeal by fax stating I was filing on my own due to those circumstances. Then today was told that the 2nd Urgent appeal was not received even though I was told the fax number, again, was correct and have verification that it was sent. I have been working with claims since Nov 2019 on this appeal and have all the names, dates ect. I ask you, Ms. Boudreaux, to please help me with this appeal as your company will not give me an answer. Sincerely, Martha Evers
