apologies for maybe a trivial thing to you but after staying at your London Gatwick Hilton hotel I found that someone tried to take an amount of £1500 out of my account to buy/transfer some funds into a plus500.net site. I have forwarded my details to your UK site but have received no reply yet. An acceptance of my query would be acceptable but nothing yet ! I accept you are busy with much more higher financial affairs but to me £1500 tried to get out of my account is also very much a nuisance. Luckily my bank was able to stop the transaction but it did cause me problems trying to pay hotel fees etc... especially in Las Vegas !!!!! Hoping for a quick/reasonable reply.
