Apparently it is impossible to be able to speak with an actual live person in your organization. I was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours and yet that never happened. Trying to get information on a Quest site in FL and I am in MA in order to set up a drug screen for a candidate I am trying to hire....but it seems this is an impossible task. Apparently you do not have a customer service department since it is impossible to find a number to be able to speak with a live individual. When you send an email there is no response even after being told a someone would contact me within 24 hours - has not happened. Extremely frustrating to navigate your website so I do not believe I am the only one who is/has had this same problem. Leaving for the day - do you think someone from your organization can call me tomorrow - I will be in the office by 6:30A
