Approximately 3 years ago I got a Samsung side by side refrigerator/freezer. Ever since I have had it the freezer has worked perfectly at a temperature of -20 but
the refrigerator side keeps icing up and the temperature then climbs to 14 or 15 instead of 3. I have had the local Samsung people out numerous times and they don't seem to be able to fix the problem. They de ice the refrigerator and it then works ok for about 3 weeks and then ices up again. They have also put in a new sensor and that does not seem to help.
Every time I have to take everything out of the freezer so we can leave the unit off overnight before they come as I am afraid my frozen stuff will defrost. This has become a major inconvenience as it happens every 3 or so weeks.
Can you please find a solution to my problem. This fridge has never been right since I got it.
