Are you aware of how poor your customer service is, that your "SALES REPS" are unavailable and your "SALES MANAGERS" do not take calls?
My husband and I own our own septic company and customer service is ALWAYS top priority... resolving issues do not exist in your Columbus Ohio Division. I have tried for well over 36 months to try and get someone to return my call to discuss my increase from $65 to $101.35, however no luck. I know have new service, and asked your company to come remove your dumpster.
Apparently that got their attention, because I just received a certified letter stating I am breaking contract and owe over $650.00 OR legal action will be taken of I do not meet your contractual obligations.........
What about the obligations to your customers????
When I tried to contact WALTER FERGUSON, Sales Manager for Columbus Ohio Division, I was told they were not "ALLOWED" to transfer me, they could only message him... Of course, he never called back.... He, like everyone else there only wants our money...
I feel I should not be responsible for this... considering I TRIED to contact SOMEONE many many times to assist me, and received NOTHING.
