As a 24 year Navy veteran, I wanted to realize a dream come true and become part of the Harley family by buying my first Harlet Heritage Classic.
What a failure I had buying a used Heritage from a Harley franchise in Jackson Ms.
Make a long story short, bike was salvaged in LA. Miss. Washed the title and now I can't get a title to ride the bike because they have it as salvaged. Franchise owner could care lead. Eagle is passed to find out they put a loan against a salvaged bike. They have no title collateral because I can't send them one. I'm just done with this and will get this message out somehow.
