As a Costco Executive member i thought i would try renting a car thru Costco at AVIS.I took photos of car before renting and was assured by AVIS agent . They sent me a bill for over 2000USD for damage that was preexisting at pickup.I responded on Feb 02 and as of Feb 19 2016 no reply to my rebuttal.
Does not look good for Costco to be dealing with is kind of complaint at AVIS if they treat customers so poorly.
