As a father and a gun owner, I find it deplorable that you would sight the deaths of 17 children as a reason to no longer sell the AR-15 platform. The problem is not the type of gun used, it is people getting them. It is the fact that God is no where to found. Your fathers generation never dealt with these tragedies because Sunday people went to Church and God wasnt a bad word. Why dont you address that? In your interview you said you are supporter of the 2nd Amendment. The 2nd Amendment does not say "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms that the government approves, shall not be infringed." It protects the right to bear ALL arms. You do not support the 2nd Amendment if you pick and chose what arms are okay. I read you skeet shoot which requires a shotgun. As you know, a 12ga can deliver devastating destruction. Load that with 00 or 000 and some physio can mow down an entire classroom with a few pulls of a trigger. We should ban shotguns too and you should not sell them, say anything 28ga and over? Due to your decision, I can no longer shop at Dicks. I will make sure I do all I can to stop others from patronizing your stores. I hope your 1st quarter earnings are lower then projected because of this decision.
