as a long time subscriberof Comcast/time warner now spectrum.very disappointed with price increase..since spectrum has taken over my bill has increased almost 17-18% percent..what was 160$ my last bill 187$...now I am 87..my brother is 73 and my other bedriiden sister is 79...all on ss income..now while we enjoy your services..its a little much.when I called to check on this raise..Monday 11/28..all I got was a 2step explanation...well it was this..it was that..that was a promo..now its gone..etc,etc..asked person to speak up as I do not hear well..and that went nowhere..did tell her I was a senior citizen...did not seem to concerned that I might change carrier..bottom line mr Rutledge..we need to count on a monthly rate not changing..so we can count our pennies.not the 1st time I have had to call in regard to billing,,,was charged for movie I never watched..so if I don't compare bill..i would not find that error as well as in the past...thank you mr Rutledge..hoping you have someone call or email us..thank you..ann
