As a new Spectrum customer in Orlando, FL, I\'m writing to describe your really rotten – Thomas M Rutledge email address

Professor Marilyn Hankins sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. Email Address that said:

As a new Spectrum customer in Orlando, FL, Im writing to describe your really rotten New Customer Service:
STRIKE ONE: Installation of TV, phone internet. NO booklet or verbal orientation by technician; told IF I had questions to call Cust Svc; told (to my surprise) that I would have Temp PH # "for a few days" which persisted for TWO WKS;
STRIKE TWO: Only able to reach my clients, friends, family via internet. Not able to confirm business appts; NO Voice Mail messaging;
NO recording of inbound phone calls while gone.
Confirmed Loss of Business: $300 thanks to NO VM for TWO WEEKS. Confirmed Loss of Interview for collegiate position at $60K.
STRIKE THREE: Numerous problems with TV cable activation. Told by technician to "ignore Power Button" and to "only use System Button" which was totally opposite
Svc Tech phone instructions.
STRIKE FOUR: Unable to divert phone calls from OLD PH # to TEMP PH. Callers connected with bogus Voice Mail and were irate when phone calls were not returned to which I had NO access for TWO WEEKS.
STRIKE FIVE: Tech Appt set up. NO show. Cust Svc Rep could "not find" any in-home appt on schedule.
STRIKE SIX: At end of TWO WEEKS, I was notified OLD NUMBER had been restored.
Ten attempts to set-up Voice Mail failed; all attempts ended in Error Msg.
STRIKE SEVEN: After (6) PH CALLS TO 611, I deduced VM problem. Instructed PH Rep to ensure that TEMP PH # had been released from system. It had NOT and finally VM was initiated.
STRIKE EIGHT: Recd PH call confirming in-home appt for this evening (SUN, 2/25, from 7-8PM) which I had NOT requested.
STRIKE NINE: NO SHOW APPT. When I called to verify, again there was NO appt on the schedule.
STRIKE TEN: Spent next 15 mins with PH Rep trying to program TV remote. ALL attempts failed. New remote being mailed to me.

Bottom Line: Offer me ONE FREE YEAR OF SERVICE OR I WILL INITIATE "LOSS OF BUSINESS" LAWSUIT WITH MORGAN MORGAN -- #1 FL LITIGATOR FOR BUS LOSS!!!
