Jillian Garcia, whom you asked to take care of my issues, had emailed back and then 10 days went by without anything. I emailed her only hear her say in the 10 days she had moved and was out of the office for 7 of those 10 days. I would have liked to know that before she left for the 7 days.
She scrambled the day I contacted her and got allot done. which makes me think that it could have be done 10 days before. That been said, I wound up with a billing statement with a whopping $106.98 for my statement. MY Internet which dah been $59.95 for ALL the time I used Century is now $85 for the same service. I was to have 2 of my 3 discounts which were $10 each. Now it only shows 1 discount at $10.
There is a unknown extra $5.05 added onto to my Easy talk international charges as well.
The best is the TEAM that was to get to the taped conversations to confirm what I had said and What was said to me about this new plan I don;t want...... mysteriously had some of the conversation deleted....Really???????
So, before you leave for your retirement, I think we need a new conversation as to why I am paying now $26 more for the exact same plan I originally had.
Jillian has not answered my emails for the past few days.
I am back to square one or perhaps minus one.

I t appears that I am being pushed to the side. And if you are anyone believes the tped conversation has been partially deleted and it just HAPPENS to be the part that would have what was said to me....... you just have to backtrack to your rep Danielle who heard the tape and confirmed I had not been given any of the information of any changes to my plan. been deleted How convenient!
To recap my bills with taxes and fees had been no more than $81.60up until Jan 23, 2018. and now I see a bill that will be $106.98 for exactly the same services and service is not great.
What are you going to do?????
Again I was treated rudely, I have been given more scenerio\'s than Carter has Liver pills. and I am still without the ability to have my grandfathered plan back in my hands due to your reps keeping information from me and giving me false information about this plan to allow my discounts to renew automatically. What I was told is a far cry from The truth.
DO something right and return my plan if the CEO can\'t override a plan then why bother to say you can help.
