After several attempts to get issues corrected at my local branch, I have decided to close my personal and business accounts with your bank. I had only asked that my accounts be moved from one branch to another branch, due to an employee that would go out of her way to disrespect me and cause me trouble. The branch manager told me I wasn't allowed to switch branches. That I would have to close my accounts at one branch and open new accounts at another branch. In that case I will just switch banks. This branch has always been challenging to deal, no one answers phones even after 10 rings, sitting at drive through window for extended periods while everyone is on break, not all, but some tellers becoming combative with customers, etc.
