This email is being sent because I am presently on the phone with one of your representatives, and on hold. I have been on hold for an extensive amount of time. I attempted to use my card approximately 30 minutes ago to book an airline flight, and my card was declined. I called my bank to find out why, and I'm being told that my card was cancelled earlier today. I CAN'T EXPLAIN THE ANGER I'M FEELING RIGHT NOW. I AUTHORIZED NO ONE TO CANCEL MY CARD!!! Now, I'm being told that I simply have to wait for another one in the mail. This is truly an inconvenience, and I want to understand WHY my card was cancelled. No unusual activity occurred on my card! This is a tremendous inconvenience, and I need this issue fixed ASAP, and compensation on my part extended. This is no disrespect to you, but I need the use of my card right now, and it is unavailable! Please reach out to me ASAP. THANK YOU
