First of all I want to tell you that the banking statements BBT shows on mobile devices and statements received are the worst statements from any bank I have ever been with. My account was overdrafted for 3 transactions in a one day period ion which 2 of the transactions were made on the 8th of the month as debits clearly ahead of a pending transaction for the 9th that posted on the 10 while the other 2 were posted on the 9th. Needless to say your banks practice of bilking people who are already suffering in this economy sucks but it is also paramont to theft by deception and I am going to post all of this to the media and everyone that currently has an account on BBT that isn't aware of how you post debits to accounts. I tried to reason with many of your "Service Reps" and of course they are blind to real peoples lives or just how bad they have it. Ask your wife to tell you while looking at my transactions from the 6th of
august to the 10th how many charges my account for overdrafts should have been deducted?? She will say 1 NOT 3 I hate your bank and I can't wait to pull mine and my husbands money out.
