I've got issues with money missing for my account and the excuses I'm getting is terrifying. It may be $5 here and there but if it's 100 people or more that $5 will add up. I've contacted your investigation department and the BS that handed to me was overwhelming. I get text messages every morning with my account balances, I haven't used my card in one week and the account was missing $5. Monies that supposed to have been transferred by the bank to cover overdraft fees are deducted from my account, but yet I've already moved monies to cover those funds. I have a large settlement check coming again, I am scared to deposit this in your bank.
