JOANN SALLEY sent a message to Kelly King that said:

I am contacting you,because BB&T have put a hold on my account.I talked to manager at Zebulon NC office.She told me that USAA instructed BBT to put a hold on my account,because the money I transfer from my USAA count was not authorize by me.I informed USAA that I authorized the transfer,USAA say they do not have authority to tell another bank what to do.BBT manager told me that all she need is two form of ID.I gave her that.She say that someone from BBT will contact me.Do not know when.I have all my bills debit from that account.All my bill is not being payed.I have my disability social security check deposit in BBT to pay my bills.Please help.Thank you
