I am extremely frustrated and hope someone at BB&T will listen. You offer a program called "Eno" which is designed prevent my credit card from being used fraudulently. It is so complicated I had to have someone help me set it up. But here's the kicker--it doesn't always work. When I talked with a fine young man in your tech support department, HE couldn't figure out why the credit card was declined. This has happened several times. I've HAD IT with ENO. Please stop offering 'help" that even your technicians can't trouble shoot!
