I have been banking with SunTrust since 1970's and this year my IRS income tax refund via direct Deposit was refused because they did not recognize my account number and routing number that I have been using for years to receive refunds, social security and monthly MRD payments, I also did not receive the stimulus money. I believe there is an error in your database that does not recognize both routing numbers (printed on my check), being a long standing client, I finally received my tax refund and now I need you to help me get my stimulus money deposited correctly in my account!
