Maria Stenack sent a message to Kelly King that said:
I would like you to look over my letters to your customer service reps and their responses and tell me that I incurred 108.00 dolllars in overdraft fees when in reality it should have been only 36 dollars. Infact the charge that was incurred and caused the overdraft posted to my account 2 days after the two that were also overdrafted. I actually hate the way BBT is run and how they rip people off and cant wait till months end to close my account. Lexington law was trying to help me get my credit and money back on track but posted a charge I asked to come out on the 15th but they posted on the 1th. Nonetheless the otjher two transactions came directly out of my account as they should have on the date made, the 8th but conveniently the larget of all three instead of leaving me with a .22 balance on the 8th overdrafted me on the 9th and then again on the 10th of august. I am going to post this my bank statement to the newspaper and local media since this is a common practice at BBT. Lets see how many people will be writing in. No wonder your rich.
Yours truly,
Maria Stenack
