Morning Mr King,
Just wanted to respond to your update info on the program. To be honest I din't expect to receive any funds but your Company my bank for over 12 years has let me don't again. I went to my branch in Owings Mills Maryland to make a deposit and to inquire about the program. This was on April 4, 2020 the drive through was only open. The tellers said they didn't have any info at this time but printed some documentations and set them back through the tube. The papers were useless. I received more information from my accountant along with the application to fill out.
I asked your employees to receive a call to discuss the program and how to move forward. I never received a call so on April 7, 2020 I called the branch in Reisterstown to get more info. The employee was very kind and said she would send me the link to get the process started. Still didn't hear anything so on April 14, 2020 while in the drive trough I saw Ms. Brown one of your bankers in the Owings Mills branch who I have dealt with in the past and ask her for help. She proceed to tell me that there was three different links that were supposed to use. She even went and walked me through the first two over the phone. Needless to say it was a mute point by then because of the amount of people who applied. I have a small business and like so many other people the funds would have been greatly appreciated. I am a cancer survivor so I need to make sure my health care is paid.
Thanks for taking the time to read this letter And now without any warning the branches are closed on Saturdays. I work everyday from 8 to 5 to make sure my family has cash flow coming in to cover our expenses so I had to use the mobile app to make my deposit. To be frank I now have to take a long look moving forward concerning staying with you company for my banking needs. For over the past couple of years there was never enough employees to cover the day to day operations. So many of the tellers that I became friends with left because they were being taken advantage of. They had to be advisers to customers and be behind the tellers area at the same time.
