My mortgage has just been transferred to your bank from Rocket Mortgage. I have to say their service was great. Now my experience with Truist. Your automated phone system hangs up on you immediately after entering the number 4. I cannot use an automated system as I do not even know my account number. I eventually used voice system and was put on hold for 25 + minutes. Someone answered and I explained my issue and was told wrong number and placed on hold again for 25 minutes at which time I will have to make my connecting flight. My mortgage payment is due in one week and I have not even heard from your bank yet. Extremely dissapointed.
