Please contact me concerning an issue I have about a hold on my account. I have tried writing a letter to resolution and feel they based their answer on what bank personnel told them. I have concerns that were addressed in my letter that no response was given to.I was supposed to be trying to get my elderly mother's house repaired and now I am stuck in limbo with being told my funds may be held until 8/28/2023. This is unacceptable. I would like my check returned so I can request another one from the insurance company or my funds released.Please be aware that I requested my check be returned before it was deposited and it was not done.
