Hello Mr. Kelly, I am a 66 year old 100% Disabled Veteran on a pension. I had put a stop pay on a loan so they could not take the payment out. The bank told me that because I didn't put down the exact amount as the payment, the bank could not stop the payment. Even though the bank had the stop payment for that company! As a result, I was charged 3 overdraft fees! Now my wife and I have to go without food and I can't feed my dogs either!
