At Store # 0481, As a Tech Sup, I cannot be 5 people at one time and help the customer. As a Tech Sup at #0481 I am the only tech on duty. My part time techs take over my shift when I am done. I only have 30 minutes of over lap with them to train them and tell them anything.
With the closing of the Wisconsin Stores we at Plover are having customers driving 80 miles round trip to get services that only Staples can provide. And where they get here they get crappy service because we don't have enough employees to service them.
At my tech Counter, I have 4-6 customers waiting in line for service while I am writing a work order. I am trying to juggle them and get them started. But they need intakes. They get PISSED OFF and leave.
NOTE...I AM THE ONLY TECH ON DUTY...and I also have every one else in the radio telling me
"You have a customer in Printers!"
"You have a customer in Routers"
"You have a customer in Flash Drives"
I am only one person...I cannot be 8 people at once.
I NEED MORE EMPLOYEES!!!....My manager Dave Mueller tells me..."sorry we cant get more employees unless you sell more."
News Flash!!! I could sell more if I had more techs during Prime Time!!!!
