At the end of January, Spectrum advised us to make an appointment for a tech to come out to our house as the new remote would simply not work. We tried all of the codes about three times. We cancelled the appointment as we figured maybe we could figure it out ourselves. We now realize that we should not have cancelled as our problem still persists. My wife called to make an appointment, and we had one scheduled for 2-27-16. Then a very rude young lady called, had my wife try all of the codes again, and told us that our appointment had been cancelled as our system was working fine. That is simply not the case -- we are having problems with an old TV that has a VCR included in it. When we had Time Warner, we were able to tape programs, but that doesnt work now.
We have also noticed that there are at least 6 stations that we no longer receive since using Spectrum.
Weve seen the commercials promising better things from Spectrum, but so far we are not impressed. We are senior citizens and really resent being talked down to as the last young lady did to us. HELP! 414-328-3213
