I've been trying to upgrade my equipment and it has just become a hassle. I just want to order the equipment and have it delivered and I'll install myself. However, this request keeps getting denied. Due to the recent pandemic I do not want to allow someone in my home. If I need help with the installation I will call for help, but I know how to do this stuff myself and I find it fairly easy. I pay for the service and just want to do it this way.
