This is from associates at Store # 1904 Schaumburg ILL.
In regards to the store manager Myles Romero.
What kind of manager tells everyone in a store meeting they make
over 6 figures per/yr. And we all have two jobs and make less
than $30,000.00 per/yr.
Myles is way to friendly with the young women. He come up to the front end and told this lady to come in back I have some pizza
for you, we did not see them for 30mins. Then 5mins apart they come on the floor. This has happened more that once.
One time on his day off Myles comes in just because he knows
this one lady is working and he spent 1 ½ hrs with her. We all see it. He is a married man. What the hell is he thinking??
Two weeks ago she went out to her car to get something and 5mins
later Myles goes out the door and right to her car someone saw them both in her car. There are days we don't know where she is then we see her coming from the back
later Myles comes up.
And what kind of a manager yells at an associate on the floor in front of everyone.
Our morale is going down we have lost our respect for him.
Please do something this is no way to run a store.
