Dear Sir,
I am in dispute with your Customer Service who claim that I have received a mattress and box springs. This has never been delivered, and frankly the number of conversations between your staff, myself and husband has been quite staggering, and the number of times we have been transferred to another operator is beyond belief.
Due to false delivery promises my husband cancelled the order. We are now in dispute with Synchrony bank who state that the JCP credit card amount is still payable.
To repeat - JCP never kept the delivery promise. Your customer service is extremely poor. The mattress and box springs were never delivered. I do not want them.
