This is regarding the insurance theft claim for my business that your company still has open after 2 1/2years. Your adjuster in Phoenix, AZ, Suzanne Schaberg, is now refusing to communicate with my attorney. This apparently is a customary tactic used by your adjusters. Darian Johnson and your hired associate Michael Haugen used it also. It is also sited in the 100âs of bad reviews about your company all over social media.
You claimed when you took over the company in 2018 that you were not going to make and drastic changes as the company was doing well. That is, that you company is doing well ripping off you customers so you are going to continue refusing to pay on claims?
You have had ample time to resolve this claim. I will be instructing my attorney to file legal action against Auto Ownerâs. You will, of course, now be paying attorney fees, court costs and likely punitive damages on top of the claim amount you owe. You are the reason everyone hates insurance companies.
