This is regarding the insurance theft claim for my busines that your company still has open after 2 1/2years. Attempts contact managers under have been unsuccessful. Your adjuster Suzanne Schaberg is now refusing to communicate with my attorney. This apparently is a customary tactic used by your adjusters. Darian Johnson and your hired associate Michael Haugen used it also. It is also sited in the 100âs of bad reviews about your company all over social media.
You have had ample time to resolve this claim. I will be instructing my attorney to file legal action against Auto Ownerâs. You are well aware what you still owe on this claim and are simply refusing to pay. You will, of course, now be paying attorney fees, court costs and likely punitive damages on top of the claim amount you owe.
