I reach out to you today in regards to an outstanding claim I have with your company. My contact with your company, Geneen Long in your Greensboro, NC office has not responded to voicemails or my latest email so I'm hoping you can have my issue looked at by someone that is perhaps more competently reliable when it comes to communication and resolving outstanding issues.
One of your insureds hit me from behind while I was at a full stop in early January 2020. It has been a complicated process getting things resolved. I was fortunate to get my car back from the shop just prior to the nationwide shutdown in March, but I have not been reimbursed for hospital bills, the reduced value of my car or anything else at this point. I last faxed a medical release form to the local contact on April 16th and have not heard anything since then.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could have someone reach out to me with a status update. My claim number is 300-19391-2020.
