Good day Sir I would like to talk to you about my 2014 F150 ecoboost truck repairs I had done in Feb. of this year. The work that was done by certified mechanic in Monaca PA (Foster Automotive) I am currently working in Monaca for Betchel corp. Since the repairs replacing my timing chain , gears, etc. I was taking a vacation back to Texas only made it to Kentucky before engine stopped. Long story short my truck is still in Kentucky & your great worry free warranty backing you parts at Provantage network denied my claim. I am trying to get this resolved before taking legal action only want cost of repairs not rental plus flight & restitution from the most unprofessional people I had ever dealt with.
